Up for sale is a Diadema Unico Splendor. I have had this for about 3 years, with the first owner was my dad who has had it from new (not sure when purchased). Had a service in 2013 with a couple of parts replaced, and another at 2015 for a clean up and pump replaced. 2 screws had to be removed from the back panel of the casing as they had gotten stuck. There was an issue with leaking when a pressure release valve if the machine was left on for too long but I believe this issue was dealt with in 2013 service. My workflow was to turn the machine on to bring to temp, make my coffee and then turn it off.
Was used a couple of times a week for about a year and then used only for steam a few times a week after that (purchased a Portaspresso and needed milk frothed for the wife). Before packing up, all seems to be working well and test with making a final coffee.
Comes with a blind portafilter and generic tamper.
