  • !!!WITHDRAWN!!! - FAEMA Urania 1960 3 leve for sale

Faema Urania 3 lever commercial espresso machine circa 1959/60'

Restored in Italy before I shipped it to Adelaide to use as my working machine in a small espresso bar I ran for a few years.

Running 10amp. I kept the machine serviced by a technician who is now replacing boiler seals at the moment.

Original gold glass front. A great machine to use, lots of fun at home or in the cafe. I only used organic Campos beans while serving in the bar espresso.
The ANFIN grinder in photo is for sale aswell....see post on CS for x3 vintage commercial grinders.

    FOR SALE. $4,500

If interested you can PM and I can give you technicians number to discuss and or arrange inspection of machine. ( Adelaide ).

    Thank You.

Ah I saw this on the tree... I won't lie.. we're buying a house soon and I'm thinking "What do I need more, a Urania? Orrr a house?"

Beautiful beautiful machine. Good luck. I hope the new buyer runs a café and lives in Adelaide!

Thanks doom machine, yes, it got a lot of attention in the espresso bar (now closed). Qantas inflight magazine took photos for Adelaide section. Campos coffee loved the machine set up so much they let me serve their branded beans from it, usually only allowed from Marzocco machines. The Gold front glass on the x3 lever is very hard to find. I hope it stays in Adelaide or Melbourne so I can visit a cafe for a coffee.! Thanks for the interest. PS. Buy the house first.!

Me too but I've learned the hard way because, generally speaking the more groups a machine has the less it's worth, for practicalities sake and power requirements like 30 amp 3 phase I guess. Unless, of course it's a super rare 50's Gaggia or such then the serious collector steps in.
