Compak Australia sell the smaller hopper, ask for the Deli Hopper

I would recommend a Perspex tube around 200mm long and with an external diameter around 1mm less than the internal diameter of your grinder collar. Will solve any inconsistency issues and less beans to go stale than sitting in a hopper.

I think you'll find the K10 fresh doesn't have a conventional hopper mount. It's quite unusual with 3 lugs to lock it in place. The original hopper can be cut down with a conventional hacksaw then clean it up with a file. Although the lid will be too large as the hopper is tapered, so a new lid may be required.

I've had unreliable results singe dosing so really would prefer the short hopper.

If you don't mind single dosing, there are a number of adaptors available. One I came across recently on EvilBay looked interesting. Don't know if anyone on CS has tried one. Around $90 odd. Have toyed with the idea of a K10 myself with one of these if one comes around at the right price.

I think I have brand new one in my garage, unused, that I bought when I was last in the USA. It cost around $180. I was going to use it, however, I also bought an adaptor to fit a E series hopper that allowed me to single dose. I used the adaptor for single dosing.

Hoping someone might have a short hopper sitting around they don't want any more, or would be willing to swap for the large hopper if that is their preference.

Willing to pay $100.
