Amazing that this one hasn't sold. GEEEEEES! What can you get for $1000 that has been sorted and is in great condition...and has a lever!

If this was in Melbourne, I would have jumped on it already!
Anyone doing a Syd->Melb road trip?

For potential buyers who can't plumb (me too), don't be afraid of the plumb in/out requirement. It's much easier than you (I) thought!
I live in a one-bedroom apartment so our space isn't a premium. The setup has to be 'portable' enough in case we move next year (we just did a big move last year). And because we are renting, cutting out a hole in the kitchen bench or modifying the water line is a no-no for us. But there's an easy enough solution!
Get a sturdy-enough island trolley, Flojet/caravan pump, stainless braided tubing, plumbing adapters (if needed), some polyvinyl tubing from Bunnings for draining out, and you will be set for god shots!
You can skip the plumb out part as Kitt mentioned above if you want. However, do it if you can! Just connect the polyvinyl tubing to the drip tray and drain it into a used/cleaned 3L milk bottle, works wonder. It only fills up to about halfway every week or so. Trust me, once you get it plumbed out (even if it's just a semi plumb out in this case), you will be spoiled. No need to empty drip tray after every session. Change the milk bottle, which you would have plenty if you have milk drinkers at home, when it gets dirty.
In my case, I spent about $80 getting a used Ikea island trolley from the local classified website, $100 for pump from Evilbay, misc tubings $40, timer switch $25 from Bunning (highly recommended). All up <$300 and I have a superb machine that is easy to use and gives god shots consistently. So far it's has upgraditis-proof me (which is huge because I am super easily tempted by the latest/hottest machinery) - that includes a LM Linea Mini that came and went last year. A commercial lever on a timer switch is just way nicer/fun to use and gives better shots - all IMO off course.
Here's my setup which I may have posted before (different machine but the concept is the same). You can see the the milk bottle/drain out system, the pump is underneath which is out of sight. I had the accumulator tank (white in pic) but that's not really required (it just sits there and is not connected at the moment). No bench space concern or arguing with the wife to fight for kitchen real estate, I can even sneak in two grinders there (and some coffee gadgets underneath)!

Plumb out means the drip tray has to be plumbed, but you can just put a tub under the outlet, or plug the drip tray and empty it manually. I usually just use a small extra tray on top of the drip tray to catch the small amount of water.

What do you mean by ‘plumb out’. Can this be a manual tank filled machine too?

Bargain is an understatement, this is a steal! Quick look at Coffeeparts website showed that a new lever grouphead by itself costs easily $1k and more!
