Definitely robust! I read somewhere that these are of the same design as a Mazzer Super Jolly, the engineer from Mazzer jumped ship to Fiorenzato (or so the story goes).
This is a great upgrade for anyone with something like a Breville or even a Rocky (in my opinion), I upped my coffee game immensely when I moved to this grinder - even preferred it over the K3 Touch I had prior.

Ah, I broke my F6 hopper today and saw this ad, was hoping the hopper was in good condition so I could swap it over and resell the F5. Might just have to buy a new hopper.
GLWS, can vouch for the robust build quality of the Fiorenzato.

!!!SOLD!!! - FS [ADE] - Fiorenzato F5 G/A grinder Price Drop: $150
Fiorenzato F5 G/A
Asking price: $175
Built in 2009, solid grinder that gives very consistent grinds. Reasonably quiet, not the fastest grinder in the world...
Originally from a sandwich shop, their volume was quite low. I am the second owner.
There are some minor battle scars (scratches) on the body and scratching throughout the hopper plus dosing chamber window (suspect previous owner took to it with a metal scourer).
Original hopper, it has been snapped at the throat however repaired with glue and holds well. There is no chute stopper nor screw to fix to grinder throat.
New burrs put in at the start of the year, less than 15kg of beans have gone through the grinder since.
Located in southern suburbs of Adelaide, would prefer local pick up as don’t have a box to ship it in plus it is stompingly heavy!
Selling as I moved to a Eureka bag grinder which suits my current needs more appropriately.
