Bought 2 from Coffee-A-Roma intending for the two houses I split my time across in NSW and SA.

Very recent change in work arrangements means I will be spending a lot less time at one of these places and won't be getting much use out of one of these machines. Therefore selling a brand new Niche Zero Black - never opened or used.

Currently using a white one myself and couldn't be happier.

Bought for $1299.

Asking $1150. Can supply receipt for warranty purposes.

Available for pick up in Newcastle / Adelaide (occasionally in Syd). Or can send via courier to major cities for around $20 (will quote exact figure for location)

You may want to check if warranty is transferable. On the Niche website it appears warranty applies to original purchaser only.

I would be checking with the place of purchase. Seeing as this was most likely purchased indirectly through the importer Espresso Company, the warranty would most likely be different to the international version sold directly from niche, which you reference. Pretty sure this would explain some of the price increase since the indigogo campaign.

This came from the AU importer Espresso Company, so has warranty in accordance with ACL and is dealt through the Australia retailer rather than the manufacturer direct. Australian warranty has no limits on the claimer having to be the original purchaser, otherwise it would mean all gifts have no warranty.

A number of distributors of Electrical goods state in their warranty documents (supplied with Australian goods) that the warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser. Rather than just speculating that the warranty applies to products which are on-sold, either check the warranty document supplied with the goods or check with the retailer. I noticed that Coffee-A-Roma briefly had a special (Ebay discount) at your asking price a week or two ago. Good buy if you managed to get them at this price.

This has now been sold (pending payment clearance).

The warranty has been confirmed with the retailer to be transferable, this is expected, makes logical sense and in line with ACL rules. If someone bought a 2 year old car which came with a 5 yr manufacturer warranty - the buyers gets the balance of the new car warranty even though it wasn't originally sold to them.

Someone is going to enjoy this one awesome grinder.
