Now available in BeanBay Other Stuff is the "CoffeeSnob standard datalogger".
The QM1538 DMM (Digital Multi Meter) is used by many CSrs. It comes with thermocouple probe, serial connection for logging to PC and is a great way of getting accurate roast profiles.
Member cost is just $40.00 +$1 FairCrack donation and can be freighted with your next BeanBay purchase (they weigh 500g in their box).
We do hope to keep a buffer-stock of these so no need to panic buy one now
