I recently purchased a Rancilio Silvia and LaSpaziale grinder from a forum sponsor so I now have these pre-used items for sale.
SUNBEAM EM4800B
This is about 2 and bit years old. It’s identical to the current EM4800C which has a rrp of $209.95. It’s been regularly descaled and has just had a new group seal fitted.
Comes with all the standard accessories – milk jug, frothing attachment, 2 stainless steel cups with saucers and the instruction booklet. It also comes with a spare group seal and 6 ceramic espresso cups & saucers in the original packaging.
PRICE - $ 60.00
BREVILLE CAFE ROMA ESP8C
This is a current model with a rrp of $199.95. It’s about 1 year old but has only been used for about 6 weeks in total. Comes with the original box and instruction booklet. The portafilter has been modified and is now ‘naked’, but the inner base can be inserted for normal ‘pressurized’ use with the ‘double sized’ pressurized filter basket. It also comes with a Krups unpressurized filter basket and 6 ceramic espresso cups & saucers in the original packaging.
(Note: When warmed up a ticking sound emanates. It’s been to the service repair centre and I’ve been assured it’s operating normally and that the sound is not uncommon with metal heating / expanding).
PRICE - $ 80.00
DELONGHI KG100 GRINDER
This is identical to the Solis 166 grinder. It was purchased in July and is still under warranty. It’s been modified to provide 3 additional ‘fine grind’ settings. Comes with the instruction booklet and warranty. The rrp is $169.00.
(Note: There is the possibility that the warranty may no longer be honored, due to the modifications)
PRICE - $ 95.00
I will sell these items individually at the marked prices or as a complete package for $ 200.00. They are available for pickup in the Melbourne metro area. I can arrange freight (at the buyer’s expense) but I honestly think that adding freight charges will not make the purchase(s) feasible. Also, I would prefer that a prospective purchaser view the item(s) before purchase so that they’re completely satisfied with what they are buying . I am prepared to deliver the goods within, say, a 5km distance of my home. Email, PM or post for any additional information.
