Well... I think this one got away.  

Sorry Javaboy,.. I tried.  I spoke to S.W.M.B.O. in my neighbor/friends house this morning and she said that although her hubby would love to go out and buy a CM...it is SHE who makes the coffee in their house, ;D. She said she would prefer to stick with the dripper. Oh well.

It would be a great buy for any lucky 6910 hunters out there.. it will be snapped up quickly in anycase I would think.

Like OMG.... your benchtop is exactly the same as mine... I am in Canberra too,.. couldda came off the same boat load from India...gorgeous rich colour this granite!!

Oh...back on topic.. my neighbor came over yesterday and I made him a real coffee from my 6910 but said nothing as I slid it across to him,... he was in awe and commented that it was the nicest coffee he had ever had. Whooot! I must be doing somthing right! Anyway,..after a answering a sudden rush of questions from him about how I managed to set myself up so well to make such a great coffee (they drink filtered and he hates it) and I included a roast demonstration ;D too,... he walked away from my house super impressed saying he is going to buy one of these (only the silver one,.. mine is red =faster ).....so it is possible he might be interested and I will call him tomorrow. We both live very north of Canberra so this would be an awesome outcome for both parties if he is interested.

Will let you know as soon as I chat to him about it.

I mean Paul Bassett must have insisted that scoop be in the kit since his signature drink at the WBC was an affogato!

Note, there is no milk jug (as I am using that with my new machine) but have thrown in cleaning and descaling tablets to make up for that. All other bits should be there as sold with a new machine.
