Another question - whats the "blue seal" that the machine needs? Im not the most mechanically-minded person and if its very involved, I might be better off getting a new one.... especially since thisll be my first machine!

Its a "stainless" head tamper as well.

Great startup set. Im using one now and thats an awesome price for what you are getting.

whats a head tamper?? Ive seen coffee tamp various ways including Luca using a beer bottle at a Latte Art Smackdown.

More on topic, this is a great startup combo. Ive owned both the grinder and machine and it cant be beat for value for money. A bargain for all these things at $499.

In regards to the group seal, just contact Sunbeam and Im sure theyll send one out FOC.

Guys am upgrading so here is the details:

*EM6910 just over 1 year old  - good knick, well used (coffee daily), ONLY ever run with 3 stage filtered water, needs blue seal, has infeed on top of rear tank for hooking up to cold water tap, has improved rubber insulators on wands
*EM0480 just over 1 year old  - good knick, well used (coffee daily),
*Large Stainless grind knock tray (this is worth a fortune)
*Standard PF
*Naked PF
*about 6 baskets (range of sizes)
*600ml stainless milk pitcher
*set of white porcelain cups
*a few spouts (doubles & singles)
*Sunbeam plastic handle/stainless head tamper
