Looking for a commercial machine to work on this could be for you.
This has been my pet project for a few months now, but my interests are in other directions so offering it here first before that other place.
When I got it the electrics were blown. I have repaired the Gicar replacing various components, fill box now works OK. Disconnected the volumetric dosing and replaced it with a rocker switch, mounted on a plate stuck on with mastic, easy to remove if one wishes a better setup. Old dosing button box is included but I dont know whats wrong with it, the flow unit would need replacing if one was to go back to original.
Portafilter is from a Rancilio and comes with a single basket only, just add a double basket, PF locks up 4 to 5 oclock needs a better fitting portafilter, cost could be offset by selling Rancilio PF.
White teflon pannarello is useless, complete new conventional steam arm is $65.00 + GST from distributor or maybe another arm can be adapted whatever arm is fitted, it will need small steam holes as steam is solenoid operated and will need a small tip for control.
Brew pressure gauge dosent work properly, boiler pressure gauge works but looks to read low, so just adjust temp to taste.
Left hand side panel has been replaced in the past with a fabricated aluminium panel, doesnt look to bad, depends how fussy you are.
Rest of machine is chrome showing wear and scuff marks from commercial use, drip tray chrome showing a bit of wear, but overall machine doesnt look to bad.
Boiler could do with a descale.
Now the good bits.
A solid commercial machine weighing 37kg. Narrow footprint dimensions 26Wx48Hx55D.
Boiler capacity 6.3 L.
Drain tray 1L, not plumbed just empty when needed.
Sirai pressurestat cycling around 0.2 bar.
Rotary Pump, brew pressure is stable indicating pump in good nick.
Water supply is 10L bottle I have beside machine pump draws from bottom of bottle.
New group gasket has been fitted
15 amp machine but element can be rewired for 10 amp which has been done in the past but person I got it from rewired it back to original and I have just plugged it into 15A air conditioner socket.
Service manual/parts List included.
Condition is overall pretty good, its not a rust bucket/basket case often palmed off on that other site, needs someone prepared to finish it off.
Asking $300.00, prefer local pick up, located Melbourne South East, if no takers will put it up on that other site.
HERE SHE IS this is her bad side with the non original side panel.

WATER BOTTLE

DIVAS ROSETTE WATER DISTRIBUTION, still not shore about this but thats how its made

CLOSE UP SHOWING FIT OF FABRICATED PANEL AND TOP, looks better in real life.
