I never thought Id be saying this, but my ECM Giotto Premium is up for sale!
Purchased from Chris of Talk Coffee about February 2007, and later in the year travelled first-class back to Chris for his thermostability upgrade.
The machine has been regularly maintained and very recently descaled. The group seal was also replaced at the time and I have a spare, as well as spare shower screen.
The machine comes with the original double and single group handles, baskets, metal blind, and infamous plastic tamper. The original plastic film around the cup rail is still in place!
There are some minor scratches on the cup tray (from the cups/saucers). Also, despite the anti-vac valve having been replaced, as is typical with these machines, it prefers the steam valve to be opened when the machine is first turned on to avoid any annoying, sudden drop in pressure when first used.
Otherwise the machine is in immaculate condition and has only had filtered water in the tank.
I would prefer to avoid shipping the machine (Im located in Sydney), however if need be, it can be shipped in the original packaging at the purchasers cost and risk.
