I have a 58mm Rosewood Coffeeparts tamper- see their site http://www.coffeeparts.com/accessories/tampers.html- $45 $40

Pick up in Melbourne or I can pop it in a post pack at buyer expense.

Vintage Pullman
I also have one of Gregs originals: Base #329 which was post chamfering (angle on outer edge) but pre true tamp rings.

This much loved tamper doesnt get much use any more so perhaps its time it went to a CS home.

The handle is also a rare one of the original larger diameter and mine is mocha- a combination of 2 different Jarrahs- one lighter and one darker

Any likelihood that the odd "Mocha" style handle will make a resurgence Greg? To suit a Deluxe Tamper....

If theres a demand out there. The main difficulty is that you dont really know how dark the wood is going to go until its been oiled which is after its all been assembled, so the end result is a bit hit and miss in that regard. But this one Chris is selling is a great buy for someone looking for a new tamper and Im sure itll go to a happy home!
