    Hi Judy,

    I bought mine from Vitali as well. Emailed him, got a response the next day, and then rang him up to make
    the payment and order detailed etc... it arrived a couple of days later.

    Id say calling is the best way to go, he didnt sound overly computer literate.

    Also, not sure if this is relavent or not, but when i was talking to him, i was asking a whole bunch
    of questions about warranty, and the specifics of the machine, but he really didnt know anything.
    He basically said that he has bought the business from someone else, and has a bunch of the IMEX machines
    that he has no interest in, and wants to get rid of... So hence the cheap price, and perhaps why theres
    a percieved lack of interest in the sale.

    Hope that helps (and isnt misconstrued as defamation).

      I just yesterday ordered an Imex from Vitali over the phone. It took 2 minutes, should be picked up by courier tomorrow and arrive at my door early next week. Perhaps theyre better over the phone than email.
      I may have now cut off my nose to spite my face    I emailed him two days ago that if I dont receive a reply again, I will presume he doesnt want to sell me a machine.  I didnt get a reply!    I then looked on the website, it says sold out, so I presumed that he didnt reply, because he didnt have any to sell me.  Now you tell me he still has some    Id feel a bit stupid phoning him now  :-[

        Judy,

        I think probably the stock details on the website are out of date or not yet organised: I was looking at the words "Out of Stock" on the screen while I was speaking to the Vitali man ordering the machine.

        Please dont feel silly about it. Its just a misunderstanding. Ultimately they have something to sell, something that you want to buy. Im sure both your needs will be mutually accommodated.

        Ill shut up now as I;ve had one glass of wine too many . . .

          I bought one a few weeks ago and the Vitali bloke said he had plenty left then. I cant imagine there has been that much of a rush on them! I initially enquired via email about availability and the rest was done over the phone. It may be that he is not in the office much to answer emails. If you are still interested give him a call - it was all pretty easy and it arrived in the same week.

            Well, I decided to swallow my pride (and hang the expense of a phone call to WA ;D) and phone him.  Clicked on the link on the left, got "The page cannot be displayed error"  So, I thought the link may be broken, so went a-Googling for it.  This time I got:

            www.vitali.com.au could not be found. Please check the name and try again

            Does anyone know anything?   ;D
