Re: Starter Packs for newbie roasters.
Just figured out where the popper is....not here. So I cant get my hands on it til next week, leaving me a little frustrated. I tried trawling the local op shops, to no avail, but did notice something on evilbay - something called a Doubly Delicious Popcorn popper and chocolate melter. Unfortunately its just two items packed into the same box, but an idea started forming right away.... rapid cooling of my freshly roasted beans in 50 degree dark chocolate..... well, maybe not. Better try drinking them first...
