Youre not kidding Robster ,

I generally login at least twice per day and missed the start-up of BeanBay even then.... "missed by that much :-?" as Maxwell Smart used to say. Will have to sharpen up my act if Im going to be successful getting some beans next time,

After much anticipation and regular checking of the site I seem to have blinked and missed the polls .

Dr Latte (and anyone else who missed out on the polls):

One of the buttons near the top of each Coffeesnobs page is "Notification". Its purpose is to get the system to notify you (by email) whenever a new topic (or even a new post) is generated in whichever section/thread youre interested. This could save you missing out in future (assuming you check your email at least every day or two - were a fast lot here). Just click the button while youre in the Market Square >> Coffee Polls section and you can request notification of new topics.

Gday Andy,
After much anticipation and regular checking of the site I seem to have blinked and missed the polls . It looks like a caffeinated feeding frenzy has taken place.

If there are any leftovers as you suggest in the bean bay next week can you please post a message up etc to that effect so I can pick over the carcass of beans. A couple of kilos of any good bold base bean will do??? :P Ive bought a I-roast and the stockpile is diminishing an alarming rate!

Well the polls this month were insane.

An awesome new BeanBay made the bean buy easy for all and I have just closed the last of the bags.

PayPal payments (which are new to the polls) went well. If you are paying by PayPal please click on the OK at the PayPal confirmation screen after your payment, this will return you to CoffeeSnobs without having to click [back, back] in the browser and it will send us a confirmation quicker.

For the CSrs that paid quickly, you will notice a "Payment Received" in your [My Previous Orders] tab now and that will change to "Item Shipped" when it ships.

If you havnt paid (or if your bank is slow to transfer the payment!) the status will still be "Order submitted (Payment Pending)" until it appears in our bank account.

There will be some of the poll beans left over after we ship, these will be put back into the BeanBay so if you missed-out you might have a chance a getting something you were after next week.

If everyone pays quickly we expect to have all the beans packed over the weekend and they will ship Monday morning.... so most CSrs regardless where you are in the country will get their beans Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

Phew, I think thats it for now.

Ill post any other status update in this thread over the next few days.
