Just one thing, when editing personal details all fields come up yellow and are unreadable. You can see the details when you highlight the line, but after that it turns yellow again. Dont know if its just my browser settings ....
Belinda
Yep Belinda, I am having the same problems! Also, autofill in google fills the details, but my background is still yellow, with white fonts! Its driving me mad... > Thought it was just me....
pag
I also had this problem I was using IE 7.0 beta 2. I didnt say anything before because I was using a beta version of the software.
Anyway of stopping this tracker java, other than getting rid of the Google toolbar?
Google google toolbar tracking privacy and youll see plenty of sites with information about it.
Heres Googles page about it: http://www.google.com/support/toolbar/bin/answer.py?answer=14292
Heres a brief news article on the issue: http://news.com.com/2100-1023-249711.html
One of the problems with this behaviour is that Google has no data retention policy. They are refusing to say anything on the subject but reports indicate they have retained every piece of information theyve ever collected. With an in-depth analysis of that much data a good investigator/program can pretty much figure out your lifes story.
Due to security as well as privacy issues I highly recommend using Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) as your browser rather than IE. In addition to all its other wonderful features (such as tabbed browsing) Firefox includes a search box in its toolbar, with built-in support for all the major search engines and the ability to add more, that allows you to quickly and easily search the net with-out having to go to the search engines homepage.

I close the door when I leave the room so it cant track my movements beyond the study.
Tricky... I like it.... I usually indicate a left turn and then at the last second, I go right down a different street...
Seems to be working so far...
Andy, Matt, Im using IE6, with the google toolbar.
Turned autofill off as per Matts advice and this has done the trick. All the yellow is gone and is back to normal. Never even looked at these options before :-/
Thanks for the feedback so far! Glad to hear everyone likes it - apart from the beans selling out so quickly!
As Andy mentioned the next lot will probably come out at a scheduled date and time so you should all have a good chance of getting something you really want.
Thanks a lot to the people who mentioned what browser they are using too. It was developed using Firefox and tested in IE, but apart from that I dont have any other browsers to check it against.
Regarding the yellow fields.. its almost definately the Google Toolbar (or a similar toolbar) being installed that is causing this problem. If you dont use the AutoFill feature (most people dont), you can click the "Options" button on the Google Toolbar, then uncheck the tick box next to "AutoFill". That will stop the "yellow fields" on this and any other web page.
Either way, Ive written a workaround, so the fields should look great the next time you place an order! If they dont, try holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking the Refresh button in your browser.
Geekrocket (Matt) mentioned that Google Toolbar might be causing it in a previous post here....
Pag, Belinda and Franjae...
Can you tell us which browser (IE Firefox Opera etc) and its version?
Toolbar helpers installed?
"Auto form fill" utilites maybe?
I cannot replicate the problem on any browser at home or work (or some customer machines) so the people with the strange highlighting must all have something common installed.

pagarama,
I have the same problems with the fields going yellow. I then realised that if you highlight the field with your cursor, the details will show up. A small glitch, Im sure.

This issue looks to be due to some setting/software on the users end. Only a few people appear to be having this problem.

Fortune clearly favours the quick around here - I was away yesterday and as a result am too late for everything but the PNG and the last 5kg of Mandheling. Pity I have plenty of both.
Oh well, maybe next time. Andy - the site looks fantastic and by all accounts works much better than our old system, but I cant help but feel a touch of nostalgia for the old ways... Especially considering Im out on my arse without more exciting coffee this month.
Works no probs on an apple running firefox, but the best bit is that I dont even need to add the totals up myself!! I like the touch of having the subtotal for 2.5 kgs alonside the price per kg.
Geez, you gotta be quick though, only the Sumatran and PNG were left when I logged on, so I exercised restraint and tempered my order to share the lovin
