Bloody nice to catch up with you and a few other CSers at St Ali this morning.
What a wonderful place. Time stands still for me, the second the aroma hits as I approach their front door.

It sure was a great day -- many thanks to the crew at St Ali for the great coffee, and of course to Andy for carting all our green in to town Its always great to sit down and have a chat to people that dont think youre crazy for ordering kilo after kilo of beans, so if theres another cafe pick-up day next month Im sure Ill see some of you there!

Glad you all had fun, I did too and enjoy catching-up with all the CSrs. I think we had about 20 odd CS members through the place today which is great.

St Ali is a great place. The food looked stunning and those that ate enjoyed it. Mark (the owner) has a genuine passion for excellent coffee and works very hard at making every roast a winner. The grinders at St Ali always have something interesting in them and the aroma of fresh coffee really give the venue a buzz.

Lots of members bought a bag of coffee before leaving too (like ANY of you need MORE coffee)

Great venue, great staff and great conversation with a bunch of members who all love their coffee hobby.

Looking forward to the next meeting.

Sounds like I missed a great gathering. Still, my Peaberry arrived in the post very promptly, as always (thanks Andy!) and my share of some Mountain Top coffee has been arranged (thanks Matt!).

The Imex is getting a thorough work-out these days, doing 4-5 batches back-to-back every few days. I now have three widths of foil to choose from to mod my roasts with, depending on the weather.
