Thanks Andy, worked well apart from the log jam at midday!

I did notice however that even though I had changed my address details well before 12 when I logged in again after 12 the changes hadnt been made, so had to do them again.

Well done to all concerned. As I am typing this, confirmation email just arrived!

I ran into the early errors as well, but that all went away very quickly leaving me to dither over my first coffesnobs Brown order!

As always, process was very smooth and now that ive paid, all i have to do is wait!

All good, got what I wanted and vrey quick once it came up. Did skip a few heart beats when 10:02am (WST) came up and nothing on BeanBay, but by 10:03am all up and running an worked well, congrats Andy and Crew.

About to pay for them right now.

Was only going to get one 2.5kg lot but couldnt make up my mind and ended up the Sidamo, the Sulawesi and the Segunda.
How did that happen.

Hi,

I also had some initial errors, but then I was successful.

One question, I forgot to add the membership card to my order before payment. I then went back and created another order just with the membership card, and the invoice was for $0. It then said I needed to choose a payment option, so I selected paypal, but now the invoice was for 30 cents. I just left it there - Andy if you see this messsage, could you put a membership card into my order. If it is too hard, dont worry about it, Ill get it next time.

I logged into the new and improved Beanbay at about 1206 and it worked like a charm.

Not an error in sight. Very smooth and fast.

A question about freight - I now have 17.5 kg in my cart and ready to pay but because of my location, express post is the only option... That postage adds up to $55 !!

Are there any other options for freight? Can I post you a consignment note that you can slap on the box and I can pay a handling fee or other faircrack donation to cover the trouble?

If not, is there any trustworthy member in Melbourne I can assign to the task of collecting mine from Melbourne and I can post them a consignment note for Toll freight (and put it on the company) ??

Any help appreciated, PM or email me if you like.

Looking forward to a resolution so I can pay, even if the only option is Express Post then I will just have to pay... Still a great price for that many green beans!
