I got over 50kg and climbing. Its always a little bit of this, and that. I dont have a huge amount of any one SO, never more than 5kg. So I have a huge variety of beans to choose from.

Ill be getting some Timor and the lovely African Red.

Some people deliberately cellar their coffee to change the flavour profile dont they? Takes aways acidity and gives more body I read somewhere. Also brings out "funky" flavours according to Sweet Marias.

Got too much coffee? "Cellar it" :P Nice excuse anyway ;D

I am limiting myself this month to one selection. The peaberry is outstanding but I just got some so may try for something different this time.

I was really hoping that this months would be a repeat of stuff I already have. It alls sounds noice and stuff Id love to try. im sitting this bean bay out. I have nearly 30kg to chew through before I get more coffee. I will be sleeping on the couch if I buy more.
