Andy, will you be posting a description of tonights beans beforehand to help us beginners choose?
Evan.
Hi Evan,
Try the Sweetmarias website- Its a great source of cupping info...
2mcm
I agree its fantastic in its comprehensive descriptions, however when looking at the Indian bean profiles on that site, 2 Chikmagalur region beans were cupped, but they were from different estates. One apparently had intense, bold qualities, whilst the other had mild attributes. Just shows you how even beans from the same region can be radically different, it seems.
So, Im curious as to what tonights Indian Chik has to offer??? :-?

Andy, are any of these beans dry processed, or are they all wet processed like in the last bean bay?
Easiest way Bill is to simply Google the beans description and youll be supplied with heaps of info, including the various processes used and as Chris has suggested, Sweet Marias are an excellent source for info on any beans coming from similar regions, processing might be different though...
Mal.
Yes, but processing is not always the same for each region though, is it? From what I found Yemen appears to be generally dry processed. As 2mcm said, the Ethiopian Naturals would be dry processed. Sulawesi Toraja seems to be wet, or semi-wet process from what Ive read???? As for the others, Id have no idea....
Well Im not missing this one. I got caught up the last two Bean Bays and only managed to get some left overs, not all what I wanted so I have set the alarms all over the place this time to remind me. Mobile Phone alarm, Watch Alarm, Outlook Tasks reminder. Only 15 mins to go. Hopefully no body drowns as I might have to hold off the CPR until the Beans are ordered.
Got some Yemen, PNG and Tanzania to keep me going for the next couple of months. These to go with my Kenya AA, Ethiopian Yirg and Huehue so I should make it until next beanbay......I hope!!!
Thanks for the latest offerings Andy............
Was going to be good this month too, but instead ended up some Darjeeling tea, and some Yemen, Indian, PNG PB and some of the Ethiopian.
Nice and smooth as always Andy.
