does the FTGFOP in Darjeeling FTGFOP Namring Estate really stand for far too good for ordinary people?

I agree Lizzi, thats why i was gonna buy some beans today, but thinking it through i probably wont get around to setting up a coretto until mid-January. First projects are making a tamper with my Dad over XMAS (yay!) and then PIDing Silvia and moving to the lovely Albury!. Ill start with a starter pack sometime mid January and then i guess try to make a dent in Januarys Beanbay. Thats the plan at this stage, though im a bit scared that i havent got the espresso side of things down-pat enough to change the bean variable...which means ill just have to practice my shots on the family over XMAS. hehe.

We have a big load of beans and tea in BeanBay tonight, should be plenty of options for everyone.
Andy, are any of these beans dry processed, or are they all wet processed like in the last bean bay?

    thanks,
    Bill
Hi Bill- Natural implies dry. Also, unless Im sadly mistaken, the Yemen is also dry....Hopefully, thats a start!

    regards

    Chris

Im down to 88kg Ray, what about you?
hehe...its all a bit half full, half empty isnt it...one person is down to and another person is up to ;D

I had an uncle who happened to be a frenchman and kept particular empty bottles of wine in his cellar along with full ones. I was about 12 when I asked him why he kept the empties. He picked up one fo the empties and caressed it, before answering along the lines that the empties allowed him to reminisce, reminding him of the occasion when the wine had been drunk and the congeniality of conversations that had taken place at the time.

I think he was a wise man.

Sorry, thats OT...or is it? :P

;D ;Dit is all relative, Ray... for a motorhomer it is a big stash, for a shore-based caffeicinado it may well be small: my stash fits in a 40 L plastic container which sits in the "under the bed-box storage"... i think i have about 15kg here, and some in safe keeping in melbourne, ready to be picked up soon.

    itll do me
