Yep i thought it was an inclusive part of the purchase but the wording confused me.

GoD; What the "payment is pending" part meant wasnt that an old order was pending but that once my payment clears for this beanbay (ive already put it through the internet banking) then the $4.25 would be donated to Faircrack.

Now all I gotta do is wait to pick em up and have a crack at roasting them!

    Ummm...
No just pay the invoice amount.  The $4.25 is the Faircrack donation amount of the total that will go to the fund when your payment clears.

    Clear as mud?
    not bloody quick enough

    Thanks Andy.

Sorry for stuffing the routine up!  I didnt realise things would disappear so fast so i finalised my order before thinking enough.

Ive also just had a look on my my previous orders and it says that "Also, a donation of $4.25 is pending payment of your order"; am i supposed to add that onto the emailed invoice amount of $ or am i supposed to pay the invoiced amount (which is what i did).

    Im a bit confused

    Cheers

no Sanch, its an inclusive part of your purchase, which Andy designates to FairCrack - its not an additional payment.

If your previous orders are saying payment is pending, then ... well ... payment is pending! ;D

Riiiiiight, I read that as meaning the order was pending awaiting payment of the faircrack amount. Clear as clear now.
    Thanks mate

    Hi Judy,
the other CSrs are on the ball, the Limmu was from last month (unpaid orders etc) and there was only 10kg. A lot of the others were also small lots which is why they are not on the email that gets sent out... else we would have a riot.

    Aceh ...

my finger got twitching when I saw 30+kgs on offer, but I stuffed the amount I actually wanted when seeing it vanish quite quickly ... got 2.5, so itll be relegated to the reserve stock

Made up for it with PNG ... heard good things about this high alt grown remote bean.

    Hey guys

My first beanbay...and a question about it...Ive just ordered/bought/paid for some beans and then the Tanzania Tanganyika AA caught my eye.  If I order it now, does anyone know if I can bundle it with the rest of my order or do i have to pay for double postage??

    Thanks
    -S
    Hi Sanch,
we try and avoid anyone paying more for postage than they should and when everything is ordered together the system works out the best options.

...but I noticed you are getting yours from CoffeeParts, so its all $1 per kilo (or pert kilo) freight so even if you add a new order the freight will workout the same.

Judy sometimes there are small amounts left from previous beanbays and they can go very quick. There was some Limmu when I looked but it went in a flash.

    Thanks Andy.
Great Bean Bay yet again. It is the quick and the dead for purchasing some beans. Couldnt resist buying more decaff and some Brazil for blending. Everything went as smooth as a great espresso.

I got there about a minute early, the bean bay was empty.  I then refreshed the page and there they were.  :P  Except the very first thin I noticed was:

Ethiopian Limmu - Sold out!  I couldnt understand how that was possible, but I now see that it wasnt even on the list.  :-?  Some of the others were quickly disappearing, but I couldnt understand the first bit.  As Pauline would say, please explain?
Hi Judy,. it depends on how much Ethiopian Limmu there was to start with,.. there may only have been 5kg on offer and snapped up by the first buyer for example.

I watched the clock and refreshed exactly at 2100hrs (and I could bet heaps of CSrs would be doing the same) and there was already some chocolate missing from the haul,..though lots still left and I was able to dive in there,.roll around in it  :and grab a few bags .   Ya gotta be quick. ;D
