Apart from the waiter from Bar-cell-onn-ah my only other spanish came from an Argentinian high school mate that taught me how to swear.

any thoughts on the Mexico Veracruz as a good base for a blends?

Only one thought Ben... try it as a single origin first.  It works great!

I am sure the Mexican/Spanish salutation is
Mr = senior
Mrs = seniora
Miss = seniorita

But who cares we are here for the beans (not Mexican jumping beans) :

I bags 1st order on the Chocolate as I missed out on the last 2 bean bays

Mexican HG may be a good substitute for Nicaraguan HG bold??
Anyway I know what I need to order & should be home from work in time

Can I ask a question my daughter tells me Campos do a hot chocolate drink called melted chocolate pot?
How can I replicate it??

I am sure the Cote dIvoire Red African Cocoa will taste better
But curiosity drives me to try
