Another great BB. Once again, quite civilized. Well done Andy

I was somewhat dismayed that each time I clicked on a shirt I liked, it would show as Sold Out. Finally it dawned on me that it was showing Sold Out cos I just bought it and I suddenly had 6 shirts in my Shopping basket. Common sense prevailed and I also have ONE CS shirt

Only 12 Roasted Passion books sold so far???
Remember that it is a discounted price with 100% of the funds going to the Bushfire AND flood relief appeals. I thought we generous and compassionate snobs could do better than that

              Tim,

Are you going to the pickup in Melbourne or having it delivered by Aussie post?

Yeah, this is the bean that we hope will carry through the month so home roasters looking for some beans in the next couple of weeks can still get some.... I hope you left some for others.

Glad you like the colour. We thought about a standard colour scheme but thought it better that we just a wide range of colours and styles so every handmade shirt is unique in some way.... like CSrs, "special".

                Rwandan...looking forward to that one.

Is that a similar roasting profile like the Yemen?
Sortta. Its a slightly softer and much larger bean so you wont need as much heat early. Its clean and pretty easy to roast, you should really enjoy it in white coffee (sweet, slightly earthy, spicey with enough acid to give a sharper finish).

Well I hope you didnt shoot anything at 9:00!!

Its always a "butterfly" time for me too, made worse tongiht because my home PC died half an hour before the starters gun.

Lucky I have a notebook so Im still on-line. Phew!

Nope, the email didnt make it through my Yahoo account

Luckily the penny dropped when I saw how many people were logged on. There could only be one reason for that !

                      Ditto!

                      Before I do...

The winner of the fastest mouse click award goes to: Pavoniboy

We had 16 people finish their shopping by 9:01 but Pavoniboy was the first.

tis great to see the BeanBay software perform so smoothly too, with 50 items in the "Snob Wear" section I was a little worried it might cause a thump but it ran smooth as silk. (Great work Geekrocket-Matt!)

                      8-)

I was going to let the Wahgi go but I only have about 1.5kg left in my stash and a life without Wahgi is not really life . The Torajah was great in my origonal sample pack (seems an age ago) so I hope I can get a roast somewhere near yours

thanks again for being a bad influence on my budget :

Re: BeanBay monthly sale - Wednesday 18th Feb 2009

A few months ago when I discovered how good the Yemen was when roasted right, I told myself that I would not get anything else but the yemen but when beanbay opened, I found it hard not to be curious about other varieties and tempted. After a long internal battle, decided to go with what I had originally planned to do which was to get the yemen and wahgi and forego the rest...

I couldnt resist the PNG Wahgi. This is 1 of my favs and my friends ask me to roast this 1 up for them more than any others.

So delighted some of you Yemen buffs let me get 7.5kg. Lost out on the Sulawesi - even when a spare 2.5kg popped up after the Sold Out sign rose, it sold out again before I could click fast enough!
