So many good coffess, so little time. I said to my good lady that last months BB would be my last fr a while, but I just know that theres no way I can not go in and hit Add to Basket.   8-) Especially after trying the Sumatran Blue Lintong, if these Indos are as good........

Might limit myself to three beans.  ;D

Of life are such dilemmas made.

Safe: Brazil Original Bourbon.

Interesting: everything. Get 2.5kg each of 2-3 types that sound pretty different and then try them all to CS10 roast levels, then back off a little to CS9 for a lighter roast of each. Thatll keep you busy tasting and learning for a few weeks... until next beanbay ;D and will help you decide on your taste preferences.

Thats the option I was heading towards if I can manage it before every other bugger gets there
I have Yirg already, so it is just a decision amongst the rest and I think I know which ones they are now. Unless I get trigger happy.

If anyone in Brisbane doesnt want to buy the full 2.5kg, let me know and i am happy to meet you at veneziano (the pickup point) and buy 0.5kg of each type off you. I will even throw in 250g of greens from Di Bella for your trouble.

Once again, BeanBay hits me mid-pay...I think Andy has been colluding with Pete into making sure I dont have enough money to buy! Looks like Ill have to limit myself to just the one bag, again, damnit!

Now Im just trying to make up my mind between the Sumatran or the Aceh...hmmm, if anyone wants to jump in and recommend one over the other, Im happy to take any help!
