Humphreys answer is correct, ParaM will post in this thread when your beans have arrived and are ready for pickup. The date that you seleted in BeanBay of Saturday week was a rough guess, the good news is they should be there before that.

Please understand that the pickup points do this as a service to the local CSrs so that you can get the cheapest freight in the country and get together with other home roasters. They have "real lives" outside of CS and will schedule the pickup at a time that suits them best after the beans have arrived.

Vic has listed a time and date for his distribution of orders

...because I fill the van up with beans and drive them the hour up the highway. It is the only pickup point in the country that I have any control over (I dont have to depend on dodgy couriers!) so I know when I can get the beans there.

My pleasure! All the paid orders shipped as soon as payment hit our account so most of Tuesday nights PayPal orders shipped Wednesday and on Thursday the first of the bank transferers start to appear and were shipped same day. Sometimes (more so over a weekend) there is a fair bit of bank lag (eg: we never see payments on a Monday!) so a lot of payments will appear tomorrow morning (and will ship then)

The last of the interstate pickup point coffees shipped first thing this morning so they should arrive somewhere around the end of this week (a week earlier than quoted)

We will pack the Melbourne pickup point coffee during this week so if you are in Melbourne and get a "your coffee has shipped" email its just that we packed it ready for the drive on Saturday.

Have fun roasting Boingk, that Manheling is a stunner and you should get great results.

Goodies have arrived at Real Coffee, Lorn for any Novacastrians/Maitlandites!

Im going to pick up my loot today, so I wont catch any of you on Saturday morning this time unfortunately - I have to go to Charlestown on Saturday and buy my daughter some tap shoes *shudder* - not looking forward to the parking, just quietly!!!

I know the feeling...Ive just picked my stash up and starting to wonder whether I should hide them away before Pete comes home so he doesnt kill me when he discovers nine bags of green beans, 14kg in total, sitting in front of the China Cabinet awaiting stashing!  

Fortunately he partakes of a coffee from his in-home barista on a daily basis so I dont cop it as much as I might do if he didnt drink coffee!

Once again, a huge thank you to Andy and James from Real Coffee for providing the opportunity and goods!

Received beans today after phone contact from "Parra M". Thanks Andy and Simon for the very quick delivery, now to finish the corretto and get roasting, cant wait for the first sound of the first crack. 8-)

Just picked up 10 kgs of beaut beans from Coffee Parts today. Sped across the city on my 1/2 hr break to get them, I spent $5 on coffee bags and was treated like Id spent 1000s on a new machine. Lovely lady & her son didnt even have time to ask their names, thanks so much for such great service.
