I have just closed off the interstate pickup points and all the pickup point beans will be packed and freighted tomorrow.

Anyone who has not paid should do so now to avoid having to ship your beans direct or having your order deleted.

Mmmh! Judging by the "sign language" I would say that you have Buckleys. Bet they serve rubbish coffee in the corporate box so I will just have to imbibe in a few bottles of mineral water

Nice, too, because it allowed to courier to tell me he had "a delivery of coffee" for me.
Nary a phrase brings more music to the ears of a CoffeeSnob than that one.

Yes its new.

I have a mate who works in the wool industry and he made me a "wool bale stencil" that says COFFEESNOBS. He dropped it off on the weekend with an ink roller to suit.

He also told me that there is a wool bale somewhere in the world with COFFEESNOBS inked on it too as they had to test it first. Someone will be scratching their head over that one.

not sure about new shelf, I have just had a new pantry installed, buggerd if I know where to put the beans - not that I told a porky to the husband who designed the pantry as to exactly how many green beans I had - nor did I tell him how much I ordered this time.....

think Im in trouble...... ;D

Hi All
I am now convinced that I am becoming obsessed with coffee but especially home roasting and Bean Bay activity. I shall elaborate....... I have ordered some greens from this months offering and it is anticipated that they will arrive in Perth circa 24/25 September. Everything great so far. BUT, I will be in Melbourne that weekend at the AFL Grand Final (corporate invitation) and all I am worried about is arranging pickup of my beans.........

Is that sad or what??????

Some emails might not have gone out (10,000+ did) as the mail server had a hiccup 20 minutes into sending them. I thought about resending but then would get a pile of "I got it twice" emails so didnt. Damned if you do... damned if you dont.

We also post this thread up and tweet the BeanBay (which is also on the CoffeeSnobs toolbar) so there are plenty of other notifications if you dont get an email.

The gotcha this month was that I sent the email at 3am and it clashed with the post midnight backups and log building.

The upside (and maybe why the thread is quiet) is that we landed heaps of everything so we didnt run out of any single bean. The volume sold is about par with other months and now we can carry some as stock for those that want to revisit something they liked or want to try something else later.

no worries from this end tho as was snooping around for ethiopian and picked up a few of this months offerings as well...

I got my email.

Email lists dont usually pick and choose who they send to.
Check you spam or junk folders.

Checked my spam folder ... no love ... but thats ok... I got my greenbeans nevertheless!
