I heard from another CSr that their Elephant wasnt there... Im sure it was sent so please check that they have 4 cartons of beans.

The only thing I can think of is that the staff member that was asked only looked in 3 of the cartons.

I dont quite get the process

It can be a little cryptic until you have done it once.

JeanetteT is spot-on.

BeanBay will always show the shipping options available to you at the time of shipping.  The pickup points are available from the day I send the monthly email until a day or two after the green bean release... typically mid month.

All month you will have a range of other shipping options from express post satchels, to cheaper bulk postal deliveries and courier options depending on your shipping address.  All our freight is subsidised by site sponsor payments so the freight prices are always lower than you or I can buy them.

Its my understanding that pick up points are only available for the 2-3 days after a new beanbay release (approximately middle of each month). Postal and courier options are always available and are usually really speedy.

I have a question which I havent been able to find the ansnswer for. I am wanting to get some of the offerings and pick them up from veneziana in west end however I dont quite get the process. Do I simply order them through beanbay and select something different as my postage option? Also is there a window of time in which we can order these beans before they are posted to the pickup points?
