....yeh, after telling Andy yesterday that Id hold off buying beans till the data logger came back in stock...I bought a hill of beans last night....sounds like a case for mandatory pre-committment

Just did my first order since ordering the starter pack (only a few weeks ago hehe). looking forward to it showing up.

Once again i forgot to add the members card to my order.. hopefully Andy can slip one in anyway...

This is very much appreciated.

It is great to have a starting point ... especially when you have less than 10 roasts under your belt.

How is the USB Behmor Kit project progressing?    Happy to be a Guinea Pig / Beta tester if you need one or more

I roasted a lot of the Elephant AA in the Behmor at MICE last weekend.  The coffee cleared customs just prior so I had a 60kg bag on the stand... must have roasted nearly 20kg over the 3 days and every roast was a winner.

225g on a cold roaster, 250g per batch when the roaster was warm.

250g - 1/2 pound - P2 - Start.

Its a bit of a contraption i made up using an old battery drill, a tomato tin and one of those cheap gas camping stoves...

Maybe i should put up the details and pictures in the Roasters section........

Yes you should! We all dearly love to see some of the crazy contraptions that can roast coffee.

Just tell your wife it was the kids they are always putting things in your basket and playing on the internet right?? (if you dont have kids maybe the dog, or no pet maybe try to convince her that really SHE did it not you)
