Ditto re Bigpond - I have a Bigpond managed Domain name, and did not get the email. However as Im currently trying to use up my current bean stocks, just as well I was not "enticed".

I didnt get it either and I am with Bigpond. This is the first one I have not received. But as I visit the site dailly I was aware of the new coffees.

Ive looked deeper into the problem and my gut feeling is the rDNS lookup failure. Telstra must have changed their criteria for accepting mail. Getting the rDNS changed will take a little time, we have our own fixed IP addresses and the process for upstream changes is a little murky.

With any luck the change will fix it.

bigpond is junking email from the site, not sure if its going into a junk folder or just not getting delivered at all?

We are with Bigpond and I didnt see it at all.
I run Mailwasher ahead of accepting e-mail into our system and didnt see it there, so I gather Bigpond decided to put it into the bit bucket.

Someone, somewhere probably changed a 0 to a 1 and broke it!

Possibly related to the lovely ISP issues Andy has been the recipient of?

The email was sent (Sunday)

gmail and hotmail are sometimes marking as spam the new user registrations and they go to their junk folder.

bigpond is junking email from the site, not sure if its going into a junk folder or just not getting delivered at all?

Our IP isnt on any spam lists:

...and we dont open relay.

but it seems that our reverse DNS is broken at the moment. Ill try and sort that and see if the problem goes away.

Rule of thumb would be the following roast day as any roasted coffee for the pickup points is roasted to order and sent same day.

A Sunday or Monday release would be a Wednesday close so a couple of days(ish).

We cannot leave them open indefinitely as those that ordered early have to wait too long to get their orders.

Yep, fraid so.
The pickup points have been available since Sunday night, we then close them off a couple of days after the green release so I can pack and ship them.

We cannot leave them open indefinitely as those that ordered early have to wait too long to get their orders.
