Email came through Tuesday morning - missed again - twice in a row. Don't do twitter and sometimes do FB

          You have missed nothing PhilMac.

          As mentioned above by Bennett...

So even though your email came through late the current beanbay beans are all still available
So you haven't missed out on anything really.
We had a lot of beans on offer (a LOT!) and the pickup points are still open although they might close Wednesday when I start roasting.

...and when you have finished roasting, add a couple of old tee-shirts and you have CoffeeSnob couch pillows!

                Hi Andy,

Can't make Moka/Java without the Java. Just finished my Sumatran Aged Late Pick, and only got a little Sulawesi Blue left. Greenbay still has the Sulawesi Blue, and a little Flores. Any chance we might see some more Java beans soon?

I think the Sulawesi Blue would be perfect (more perfect than Java) in a Mocha Java blend.

The wet hulled blue has a much better body too.

                  (reads like roaster poetry)

PS: can you keep a secret? We have a stunning Sulawesi Peaberry next month that would work well too.
                  (but doesn't rhyme)

Just a wild guess, but 2 bags?

I take it the white bags are now collectors items?

Spot-on! All the green beans are packed in 2.5kg bags

                        The exceptions are:
                        1. monsoon which is packed in 2kg lots (same bags) because of low density / high volume
                        2. anything over $30/kg odd is packed in 1kg lots (because of price)

I take it the white bags are now collectors items?
Not yet, we still have a lot of them and are phasing in the zipper bags on most beans in the coming months.

SA beans are ready to pick up @Fiefy's during weekdays from 1.30pm-3pm.

We are appreciated you are coming during the specific time due to the cafe high traffic during the other times of the day.

                                See you guys soon
