Hi, noob here, how does the pick up work? How's it different from just ordering them online and get it sent?

The beans will be sent to a pick up point close to you, Simon's in your case. You pay cheap shipping because lots of people ship to Simon's. Then Simon posts on here when the beans have arrived, and when he is free for you to drop around to his place and pick the beans up.
