When most Australian Business have forgotten what service is you seem to be going the other way. Great job. keep it up. Also the reason I know i can rely on Coffeesnobs. Apart from always having some of the best coffee.

When you place an order at 12pm, its packed by 1pm and shipped by 2pm.. I have to give it to you Andy. Thats what I call good service.

Any tips on roasting the Tanzania KVCG PEABERRY?

As posted in the Corretto thread. I am pretty happy with how this turned out. Finished first hints of second crack.

The Huehuetenango exists and the Jacaltenango is gone?


The Jacal was fruitier, both have a similar brightness and would be fairly comparable side by side.
Both great coffees which is why we have 'em!

The very reason i ask. I really liked the Jacaltenango and wanted some more only to find its all gone. Guess ill be stocking up on the Huehuetenango. Any recomendation for a blend with the Huehuetenango ?

As Andy said they're pretty similar. I slightly prefer the Jac at lower roast levels in the Aeropress (which is where I largely use them), but couldn't split them in espresso based drinks.
