The original date proposed would be good for me

twas not a proposal as much as an ETA for the beans. The proposal needs to come from the members that are picking-up beans.



Beans will freight out tomorrow morning, new ETA should be before Tuesday next week I guess but after it has left here its up to the courier.

Ill update the threads with tracking information when we have it.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm

Yes they are all there (now they are!).

The 3 cartons were all freighted at the same time from here and two arrived there yesterday with the third on tour of the big coathanger I guess.... it eventually appeared.

I got my beans from Coffeeparts today. Was very easy as a pick up point. Got a park right in front of the door. The added bonus of the toll free period for the Lane Cove tunnel shaved some time off as well. Took me under 25 minutes from North Ryde.

So thanks to Pedro for using his business as a pick up point and for Andy for making it all possible. I got to pick up some espresso cleaner whilst there so saved freight on both beans and supplies as a result.

I even roasted up some of the Harrar I picked up, so all in all a productive day on the coffee front in my house.

A worthwhile excursion to Eastlakes to pick up the beans......picked up a few additional extras from Coffeeparts to add to my coffee experience....

I, like the many others, am extremely appreciative of the efforts of Andy and Site Sponsors and my preference is purchases from those people and businesses. Without the network Andy and others have built up the search for "quality" beans and equipment would undoubtedly be a hit and miss affair.

Well done to Andy and the team for the enjoyable experience.

Pedro thought that the car parking and good access might be good for Sydney CSrs doing pickups. So far its all positive feedback which is a great sign.

collected my first purchase of greens from Coffee parts today. All in all a very smooth process, so thanks to Andy, Pedro and the lovely young lady in Coffee Parts wgo got the beans for me.

All i have to do now is work out how to roast them! I think that Gene Cafe has just moved up a few spots on my shopping list ...
