I think thats what Lucinda was suggesting, but lets make it really clear:

. pickup time will be Sat morning 28th April; last month we made it around
11 and turned it into a small get-together, would be good to try that
again, but Peter is happy for pepole to collect at other times;

. if the beans arrive early, well try for the same arrangement on the 21st.

Woah... you guys are getting ahead of yourselves!
The 28th is far more likely as the beans dont ship until the CSrs have paid. It will always be safer to pick the 28th and make it earlier if the beans appear.

I guess Simply Coffee is the venue?

I will try and give Peter a call today and leave him with my details so he can ring me when the beans arrive and I can work out a time / date.

If the Beans arrive this week, is everyone happy with the meeting /pick up this Saturday Morning, or would thay prefer to leave it until next week?
