    I've been combining a family holiday with a bit of work in Port Vila and we have visited the Tanna factory most days over the last 2 weeks. Great coffee and great people. The family went home today with 3 kgs of espresso blend beans roasted this morning.

    All Tanna coffee is roasted in 14 kg batches in a single 30-40 year old LPG fired Probat roaster. No temperature indication of fancy controls just regular inspection of the sampler. Beans are roasted to either medium of dark with the espresso blend being a combination of the two.
