If the Sydney Coffee Roasting Day goes ahead as discussed, , my partner Mary will be partaking in the roasting extavaganza too.

We will be bringing the trusty Imex, an extension cord and plenty of green beans.

I too am looking forward to seeing other peoples techniques and learn plenty. I would love to see a genuine Coretta in action. I live in hopes!

I have done hundreds of roasts...but hey! I have only been going on what works and what I have read. I would love to learn more so that my shots can improve...always open to that.

Not so sure about the Sydney Coffee Roasting Day, however as far as Im concerned, the NSW Coffee and Roasting Day will be happening in the Southern Highlands on 4th November. Paolo, Im glad your partner will be joining us, the more the merrier. It will be great to see an Imex in action as well.

Could those who plan to attend please PM me your email and contact phone numbers? Ill get back to you with directions and my own contact details. If anyone else is interested in coming along, there will certainly be room.

coffeechaser, having had the realities of my work schedule worked out in a meeting today, I dont actually think Id really be available until around mid-december or so. Thats if Im lucky!

Ill just have to wait until next time and hope im not so busy!

Wow that is a bit full on. If you ever want to do that coffee shop crawl give me a pm. I am a student as well as work so have some flexibility during the week and most weekends. I have been wanting to check out a few other options having only really been going to Tobys at Chippendale and now Sea Bar.

Sorry guys, Ill have to pass on the 4th as well due to work interfering with my social life yet again ;D.

I just read about the NSW roasting day, and would like to participate. I live at Ulladulla, so for me, Moss Vale is closer than Sydney. My Imex recently gave up, after about five years, but I would be happy to bring along a popper and some beans.
