Yeah just looked it up, seems to be a side street nearby - Susan st. Thats where I think Ill head if carillon doesnt have parking on the side.

CU bright and early - I have to leave @ 6.30 - not looking forward to that.

OK so I am another late starter - my wife is working at town hall tomorrow, so we decided that I might as well drive in and drop her off then mozy on down to Newtown. I will be the one with the 4 year old daughter in tow. Wifey is starting at 8am so Trinity and I should be there around opening.

Any ideas as to parking in the area close by? Preferably on the cheap to free side?

I wont be eating, so dont mind standing around if tables are at a premium.

I sent a PM to Andy that CS is close to getting 3000 members. I have been watching the stats and you will hit that number probably next week.

Given normal operation we should see 3,000 with-in 48 hours.

I will give my apols that I wont be able to attend. I wish you all a good caffeine crawl.
It was a toss up between a bush walk starting at 10.00 am or getting the train at 7.00 am to get to the city :-) Hopefully another day will occur again.

I dropped by Cordial this morning and they will have no problems accommodating us in the morning. They open at 8am so tables shouldnt be an issue, but they did ask if we could hold off on ordering breakfast until at least 8:15 or so in order for the kitchen to be ready.

I have told them that we are on a cafe crawl and while we can probably lay off the kitchen a bit early on, Sonny (the barista and one of The Golden Cobra boys) is going to get slammed from the beginning.

OK, so were looking at 11 people at the VERY child friendly Cordial for breakfast on Saturday. Ill go in and see them tomorrow morning and have a chat about it with them.

It also seems I have double booked myself on Saturday morning and will only be there for breakfast. At least there will be fairy bread at the kids birthday party Im going to, and chocolate crackles.

Good to see its going to happen though I hope someone can take a camera for a few pics along the way so the rest of us can "join-in".

Oh no! Now its going to take another 5 pages to work out who will bring the camera! ;D
