I figured it would be dodgy to dress it up like an ambulance.

However, it does need to look different than your run of the mill coffee van.

great van, Andy; not quite the right shape for a spot of draggin tho..... ;D

i am absolutely no good with pic-manipulation software, unfortunately, but...

you know the "baby on board" signs, the yellow diamonds?

make it so big it only just fits on the side & back of the van and make the slogan " coffee beans on board"... either on a plain white van, or put it on a background of the beans you photo-shopped on your own example...

To go along with the yellow diamond idea, put it on the side of the van, with the CS logo inside, and Xing underneath.

When you go through an intersection, the people stopped watch the sign go by, "coffee crossing"

This design will make it look like Andy is sitting in the Portafilter  ;D

So if you choose this one Andy, your Uniform will have to be all Brown. So It looks like a mound of coffee in the PF before tamping. ;D
