Yeah sparro, it was a "quick and dirty" quote, I showed him a dozen pictures and he looked outside the office window at the Fiat. He then grouped them into rough price ranges. I got the feeling that these prices were the top-dollar pre-haggle price that has enough "fat" in it to cover their own gotchas. It would make very little sense to save a few dollars and get a lousy top coat etc so Ill get a couple of quotes and compare "features" after we have a design nailed.
I think the left and the right of the Ducato are fairly symmetrical with the only difference being the petrol cap on the passenger front quarter panel, flipping the image should work ok. The front and back are limited working areas with number plates and bumpers and grill etc etc so we can fudge those when the sides are sorted.
LOL I saw it but thought..eh what ever....I thought the image was better for some reason..
Re Civet: Berries are that end...the beans are the other end :S
It just gets worse Snooooze, next you will have clenching my teeth on a lump of kopi-luwak whenever Im driving.
Wow! What a great selection of graphics..... awesome work 8-). I think youre going to have your work cut out for you Andy, picking one out of all of these is going to be hard enough, and theres still the better part of a month to go....
Too true Mal, it will be tough. I showed the family the pictures at dinnertime that I had printed and my 6yo said "I love the one that is the CoffeeSnobs card and the one making coffee", his big sister loved the monkey and their mum loved the full wrap with the blue ends.
Thanks Judy, if nothing else mine was the first in the thread.
Hey Goodies, I found capads.com.au which is prob the source of the wheel spinners on the WA taxis. Dont know a price yet but when they have offers of renting the spinners then I think maybe lots of $$$. I also found a video clip of a bus with them which is how they would mount on the Ducato rims due to the wide centers on the rims.

What I would like to see on a stationary spinner for a laugh would be a couple of Guinea Pigs chasing a coffee bean. Maybe with some engineering I could make a some spinning legs (wind driven) on the inside of the stationary spinner and just use their torsos. The hampster powered van.
8-)
Maybe the signage would never be read with those on the wheels.

Just had a thought. Maybe a sponsor or two would like to pay for the spinning wheels?
Yeh, they take a bit of time... but once the various layers are set in photoshop it gets easier. Everybodys input helps... at the end of it all, Andy will be happy with his new van and the look. Ill stop the concepts... there are enough from me. Though if somebody likes one but wants a change, then by all means, let me know. It will be interesting to see how busy this thread gets in the next month.
Nice one Goodies
I like that one and on the other side you can put some buffed you guy with a six pack for all the gals out there.
That way we get a full cross section of the community!
Perhaps that could lead onto a raunchy calendar
