Yay!! We are going!! Just booked the flights.

Arriving on Friday for a couple of relaxing days and leaving Monday morning!
Got to find a motel/hotel for the 3 nights we are there! It will be great to catch up with some of our interstate CSrs.

Hi all,

Di Bartoli is engaged these days in a discussion with suppliers and industry alliances on the likelihood and format of exhibiting at the Cafe Biz 08. As you were all so creative, enthusiastic and helpful at the Aroma fest (as well as already signed up for next year -no excuses.. :P), I thought I should drop a line and hear your thoughts about pulling something together? feel free to share any idea comes to mind (as long as its PG rated..were likely to have our 3 years old son pulling shots on the stand ...)

Ah yes, you can also pm, call, email, mail, YouTube or flickr your ideas if too creative...

Well, looks like I wont be able to go after all. Off to Las Vegas via Tokyo on 9th April and then out of Vegas on the 18th. I am looking forward to the NAB trade show, but would have liked to go to CafeBiz as well!

Cant be in two places at once though. Dag nabbit.

Hi all we are calling for all Baristas who want to enter the Pura Latte art Competition. We decided to run the Competition early this year and are going to run the Comp on the Sunday 13th of April at Cafe Biz. Pura has kindly put up $2000 prize money for the winner. We are expecting around 20 of Australia best Lartist to compete.

Hi Peppino we are expecting to get around 100 exhibitors.

Companies so far are: Withams Coffee, ARC, Pura, Vitasoy, Global Coffee, ECA, Swiss Water Decaf, Cafetto, Equal, Teadrop, Smoo, Da Vinci, Makin Espresso, Sugar Australia, HA Bennetts, Fair Trade, Label Power, Pod, Dibella, MYOB, PNA Legal, Hospitality insurance, Blendtec, Kings Fiberglass coffee trailers, Boema, Diamond services, Barista Techniques, AVA Cuppa, Italian Syrups, Cosmorex, Brewtopia, Totally Fudged, Priestleys, Job Find, Peak.

Their are many more to sign up so it will be a real good mix for Cafe owners and Coffee lovers.

We are pleased with the resopnse so far and plenty of cafes have already booked on.

Hi All, I am new to this site, I am so glad I registered, can you tell me on Sunday will there be beans for sale?? I am looking to purchase Di Lorenzo or All Press for my home brew, not sure where to get it from??
I have a brand spanking new machine, firing on all cylinders but no beans!!
Where art thou beans?? I am so excited, I wake up and my tall latte is ready available in my own kitchen, lush!!
