Reading these posts makes me feel like I missed out

I had to choose between my passion for dance and my developing passion for coffee.

But I couldnt give up my special lesson with the "Tiger Woods" of dance   ... not even for Cafebiz.  Oh well maybe next time

And was looking forward to meeting other CSers. WIll have to bear with reading your posts.

    Thanks for the pictures Andy

    A Disappointed "happy feet"

I really did enjoy the hospitality and the friendly coffee crowd during my 3 days in Sydney which made it well worth the trip. I think Sean Edwards and the CafeBiz team picked a great venue and did an outstanding job to make it all fall together.

Mark it in your calendar for 2009… you never know, CoffeeSnobs might just be there!

One of the best uses of technology on the stands was Coffee Parts. Looks great eh!

Charles and Julie from ECA not only had some great prosumer and commercial machines on their stand they also let me help myself to coffee on the Giotto when I needed a hit.

Thanks for keeping the espresso-less headache away!

Attilio from CosmoreX Coffee had a great looking stand and a big smile for all those that came by.

Les (and Will) from Coffee Roasters Australia were there with the new autoroast 2kg shop roaster.

If you want to see one in action or try a coffee from one then go and grab lunch at wine of the Bean when Anthony is roasting sometime.

My evil (and badly dressed) twin jumps in front of camera on the Diamond stand.

Are the judges determining how many points get deducted for using non-Pura cream?

Later in the morning the Pura Latte Art comp kicked-off which really pulled a crowd.

The stage area was very well setup for spectators with a huge overhead screen and great camera operators made sure that no one missed any of the action.

Sunday morning and I head to Royal Randwick to see CafeBiz 2008

Most people were still setting-up but the the ECA stand had machines ready to roll and Chris from Talk Coffee cracked open an Urban Blend and made me a double shot.

I was in heaven, he saved me from hotel coffee.

In fact the Cafetto gear is so popular Chris hired security to look after his banners at the event.
