Heard the rumors, might help you ^^

The Crocs Home Barista Championship is intended for all Home Barista enthusiasts.
    The format??
All I know is that the Grinder will be provided, as well as the machine (probably machine, though I am sure grinder will be provided).

It will judge 2 espresso, 2 Cappuccino, and 2 Flat white/Latte created with the machine.

Every contestant will have 10-15 mins to create the coffees for the judges.

There will be 3 judges (not sure as yet who).

The price will not only be coffex coffee (Whewwww), there will be some addition as well.
The rumor said that there might be a complete Home Barista Kit to take home as well.

Will keep posting for any revealing news.

    Well found.

Looks interesting. Im very tempted to pay my entry fee to get nervous and fail in front of people!
It doesnt really give any info on what the competition format will be. Any thoughts?

    Hmmm,

Wonder if we could enter a Corretto (*tm) in the Ethiopian Coffee Roasting Ceremony ;D ;D

No offense meant to our Ethiopian friends out there!

Maybe we should start an Australian version that only features Correttos?

Even the 2 sessions I did with Chris didnt cost that much.

Might try and get there for the Food and Wine Festival thing at the Docklands.
