    Drum roll.....

    WE HAVE WINNERS!

The comp winners have been contacted and they have selected their prize.

The grand prize was taken-out by NE14COFFEE (Amanda) who got CS on the side a bus!

Second (by the smallest margin) went to alskeiru and his roommate with the huge CS tattoo around a busy Westfield.

And the Third place went to The Goodies for all his unique and clever exposure efforts.

A huge shout-out to all the sponsors that donated the great prizes in the pool.  It was a fun competition and Im sure we all raised the profile of CS along the way.

Javaphile and I ended in the prize pool (woo hoo) and we are going to forward our prizes to Michael and Eddie from The Age for exposing CS to LOTS of people via a full page in Epicure!

Could the below CSrs please contact the donating site sponsors direct to claim your prize?

    Andy.

    STOP THE PRESS
I just heard from Pedro at Coffee Parts and he has sent the prizes to me... so Ill send the Coffee Parts prizes out to the winners after I get them.

    Re: 5000th CoffeeSnob contest.

After a few days of the CS moderators debating, the winners have been decided on!

Due to the process of people getting to select their own prizes it will take a little while to contact everyone (in order) but when we have heard back from all the winners I will post the results in this thread.

Well done to all those that entered the competition and a huge thanks to the site sponsors that donated prizes.

I’m sure all CS’rs had a lot of laughs and enjoyed following this thread.

    Stay tuned....

Do you mean my picture or the coffeesnobs logo?

The logo is the one top left of this page.

My overall picture looks clear enough to me so if thats what you meant it must be your monitor that is fuzzy.

Another factor could be that its half a screenshot cut down to 480x640.
At full size and resolution it would be "clear".
You lose picture quality when you shrink pictures because the definition is reduced due to the fewer pixels.
    Ahhh ok.
I couldnt read it to well sorry. sucks how you lose the quality.

Congratulations Andy, and to the Mods who keep the site tidy, the people who work behind the scenes, sorting, packing, etc., the Sponsors who provide financial support and great products, and also the members who so generously share their knowledge.

With offerings every month of outstanding beans, and the support available to members, no wonder then that the CS community continues to grow. Its a happy place!

Meaghan - congratulations on becoming the 5000th member - its a badge youll always be able to wear with great pride. If youd like to PM me your address details, Ill send you a little pressie to celebrate the event.
