Bringing the beans with you is fine - just would like to start as close to 10am as possible, so would be great if everyone is here around that time (with or without their beans).

I havent tried it but some ovenproof paper and an iron might work too.

Dont try though, I have some spare bags I can test this out on before you do.

An iron works fine.
I used to just iron mine closed on the ironing board prior to getting the impulse sealer.
Just keep it away from the zip lock (if there is one).
You wont get a clean straight edge, but it wont matter.

I dont have to leave as early as Remy, but certainly out the door by 8.30, and you have no idea how much earlier Ill have to be up to manage that.

Any mercy for the long distance travellers?

11 would certainly be better for moi,.. but if it causes a problem for anyone else.. please leave it as it is,... Ill suck it up  and put car on auto pilot for an hour or two until I wake up *snort*

OMG.... now I feel like ..erm...this big(just imagine something reeeally small ok) all because I had to get driving by 6:30am...and its snowballed right across the ocean and affected the Roast-off in TAS  :-[ :-[ :-[  sorry guys!!!!
