    South Australias state heat is on Sep 12th with latte art and cupping on the 13th

    Victorias are on the 18th and 19th of October

        Yeah, that BIG ulgly thing.  If you havent already you should see the shiny bright gold new 80, swweeeet.

        I doubt theyll have the auto steam arms on the comp machines but it actually could serve a positive purpose for the sig drink element when using ingredients that need to be heated to a certain specific temp, for example eggs or agar agar.

          i cant believe they released it with such short notice. Blends will have to change. Such a difference between the two machines and now grinders. A lot of luck to the winner this year. I like the steaming of the nuovo, shots get some time to get use too. I know the nuovo guys played with the water levels of the boiler to gain awesome espresso a while back. The grinder.... Im not a fan of.

            Just read that there were 3 machines that were passed to the WBC Tech standards committee. Them being the NS, LM, and Dalla Corte..... so I almost got it right :
