Nothing at my end, but then I still havent got my December issue for some reason!  I sent an email about it a couple of weeks ago but havent heard back from them yet, so Im sort of hoping both magazines will turn up together.

Di, Both Ristrom & I got a reply within 24 hrs. Send them another email just to be sure.

Thanks Lacey - Ive just located the copy of the email I sent at the beginning of February and sent it through again, so hopefully this should garner a reply.

Youd think, having been a celebrity contributor on the Snob page, I would get VIP treatment, though! *grin + rolls eyes*

A follow up - I heard back from Brad at BeanScene (I went to put BS, but it just didnt look right!) last night and hes getting on to it and sorting it out for me.

As I said to him in my email - its a testament to how great the magazine is that I so severely miss the magazine when it doesnt turn up!

Mine hasnt arrived yet (north side brisbane) but i had a quick read of the latest issue at chic espresso and it was great.

I hope my subscription hasnt expired or something... im not sure if they auto renew?

melbuurn, its a bi monthly.

rival81, from memory when I subscribed on the beanscene website it had an autorenew clause at the bottom. ie automatic unless you tell us otherwise. Might not be the case if you subscribed using a cheque or a magazine subscription company.

I sent an email asking about the auto renew after seeing the "renew now" flyer in the Dec issue.

They decided not to go with that option, so unless youve re-subscribed you may be waiting in vain

It would be unusual for anyone there to ignore an email, they have always been really responsive to queries and bend over backwards to keep happy customers.

If anyone has a query about their subscription please just contact the Bean Scene office and they will sort it out Im sure.

^Yup, definitely, Andy - I sent an email through about six months ago to change my address when we moved and heard back within a few minutes, which is why I thought this was a bit surprising.

Even Brad was a bit shocked it hadnt been sorted - I probably sent it through about the time they were getting the February issue together and it just got put to one side and I can understand that: have even done it myself at work once or twice (or three or a hundred times!)
