It is great read this month....but, page 40 would have me believe the Rocket Giotto RRP is now only $2199. Is this a misprint? I choked on my espresso when I saw that :-?

The article about baristas from an Italian perspective was the best article Ive read in any publication for some time.
Funny that the barista in the article thinks anyone can make espresso as its all in the grind and that the majority of the training for baristas concerns mixing cocktails.
I have some sympathy that he thinks the rest of the world should get its own name for people who make coffee - given its such a small part of what a barista does in Italy.
The last time I had Italian relatives over here they thought it was hilarious I had a grinder in the house.

An absolutely fabulous edition. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]Well done to everyone involved in the production, and the many fantastic stories. We revisited the Coffee Experience and the thrill of watching Gwilym at work; along with the skills of Craig and his Otto culminating in our purchase. So many stories of talented people in the coffee world in a first class magazine.

The AUGUST edition is starting to arrive now.

Love the pin-up page 3 page 21 boy - Greenman who also made the CoffeeSnobs corner in a previous edition.

Congrats to Graham in the CoffeeSnobs corner, great write-up and although someone in editing cropped the picture a little tight we can still tell its a Hottop.
