Just lending a hand, us Aussie have to stick together when we take on the world!

Yeah, the floor was a buzz. The trade show would have been wondering what all the noise was as the cheer squads were very loud.

Great fun, and an awesome effort from Erin who is:
The current Australian Champion Latte artist
The worlds best female late artist
and 3rd on the plant.

Amazing! And dont forget when you are next in Melbourne drop into Primary Cafe in Parkville and you can buy a coffee poured at compition standard every day.

Sorry for the lag in posting, internet access is limited and it takes nearly 3 hours each day to resize photos and post them. (I hope everyone is enjoying them else I would be better off drinking beer)

Italys signature pattern was a nice novel combination of classics: rosetta to one side, milk froth spooned on to make a yin yang with the rosetta in one side, then a chain of hearts etched into the white side with crema.

Its very exciting on the ground, they are running late due to early TV commitments but the finals should start very soon.

She was also interviewed for German TV at the end of the heat which is very cool.

Erins practise this morning was rushed but her art was great.

In the heats she scored 8,8,8 which at the time was the highest score yet so now its a nervious wait till the last competitor scores are known to see if she makes the top 6 in the final.

Excuse the poor photography, im sure Andy will  put me to shame soon enough.
We all caught up over free local beer and aussie wine after the competitor briefing.

Comp area looks quite good though it does prove how good the Australian national and also vic comp is setup.
4 stations with plenty of good seating.
